Independent advisor disclosure

Simon Says Travel is an independently owned and operated travel business. Vicki Simon is an Independent InteleTravel Advisor. Travel bookings are fulfilled through InteleTravel.

Third-party travel suppliers

Simon Says Travel acts as a travel advisor and helps arrange travel services provided by third-party airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance providers, and other travel suppliers. Those suppliers are responsible for providing the travel products and services purchased.

Pricing, availability, and changes

Prices, promotions, availability, taxes, fees, schedules, itineraries, room categories, cabin categories, excursions, and supplier terms can change without notice until a booking is confirmed according to the supplier’s policies. Simon Says Travel does not guarantee the lowest price, specific availability, or that a quoted package will remain available.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all quotes, invoices, booking details, names, dates, passport information, travel documents, cancellation rules, payment deadlines, supplier terms, and destination entry requirements before payment and travel.

Passports, identification, and entry requirements

International travel may require valid passports, visas, vaccinations, entry forms, or other documentation. Requirements vary by destination and can change. Travelers are responsible for confirming and obtaining the required documents for all members of their party.

Travel protection

Travel protection or travel insurance may be available for many trips. Coverage varies by provider and plan. Travelers should review policy details carefully before purchasing or declining coverage.

Quote requests

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or reservation. A trip is not confirmed until the required payment has been accepted and the supplier confirms the booking.

No supplier affiliation claims

References to destinations, cruise lines, resorts, theme parks, hotels, or travel brands are for general travel planning information only. Simon Says Travel does not claim official endorsement, certification, preferred status, or exclusive affiliation with a supplier unless specifically stated in writing with proper authorization.
